To celebrate its longtime Sister City relationship with Salo, Finland, the St. Anthony Sister City Association has commissioned a work from renowned composer Olli Kortekangas, to receive its world premiere with the St. Anthony Civic Orchestra. Based on the children鈥檚 story 鈥淭he Lost Melody鈥� by Eeva Tikka, the composition will incorporate spoken narration. The concert will include other orchestral music and music performed by St. Anthony High School choral singers. This project was a FFN grant recipient.
