The annual celebration of snow culminates a month-long celebration featuring a variety of workshops, films and family-friendly fun in Hancock and at Finlandia University. The day's activities include two tori markets, parade, karhunpeij盲set (circle dance), outdoor gams, author talk and iltamat (dance and buffet dinner).
Finnish oven pancake, bacon, sausage, fruit, juice, Finnish coffee bread, coffee/tea/cocoa. $10. Loaves of coffee bread also for sale. Vendors include artist Karen Kemp, Son of a Bee and Lark Knits. Birch bark weaver Elaine Moe will demonstrate how she prepares bark.
