The Traveling Sauna, the "mascot" of Finland 100, rolls through Houghton and Hancock for Copper Country Midsummer events on its cross-country tour, which wraps up December 2-6 in Washington, D.C. Visit four homes built by or connected to Finns or Finnish-Americans in a tour hosted by the Finnish-American Heritage Association of Ashtabula. Bethany Lutheran Church is included on the tour, and the Finnish American Cultural Center in Ashtabula will be open from 3:30-5 p.m.
